Once your order is placed, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange for shipping. Please note that we only ship the watch after your bank wire has cleared. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but typically take between 2 to 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

We accept payment via bank transfer and cash in Euros (EUR) and Swiss Francs (CHF). You can make an appointment to complete the payment in cash. Please note that we strictly adhere to all the applicable laws and regulations concerning cash payments.
Also, for cash payment in Euros, we will ask for a 1.5% compensation fee, as the bank will charge us this amount for accepting such transaction methods. For Euro payments, we will use the daily exchange rate and agree with the customer on the exact amount to be paid.

We offer, unless stated otherwise and excluding waterproofness, a 1-year mechanical guarantee, unless it has been misused or used in a manner contrary to the specified care instructions. We believe in complete transparency and will thus always mention when any parts of the watch have been swapped during service or are non-matching.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale if there are concerns about the source of the buyer’s funds.
To reserve a watch, we require a deposit of 10% of the agreed purchase price. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the watch exclusively for the buyer and takes it off the market. The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price upon completion of the transaction.
