Delivery times generally range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and the selected shipping service. As soon as your watch has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

We accept payment by bank transfer and cash in both Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euros (EUR). Cash payments are accepted by appointment only. All transactions are conducted in full compliance with the applicable Swiss laws and regulations governing cash payments.
For cash payments made in Euros, a 2% handling fee will apply to cover the banking charges associated with the transaction. The exchange rate used will be the prevailing market rate on the day of the transaction, and the final amount will always be agreed upon with the customer before payment.

At Veritas Vintage Watches, we guarantee the authenticity and originality of every watch we sell. We offer, unless stated otherwise and excluding waterproofness, a 1-year mechanical guarantee, unless it has been misused or used in a manner contrary to the specified care instructions. We believe in complete transparency and will thus always mention when any parts of the watch have been swapped during service or are non-matching.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale if there are concerns about the source of the buyer’s funds.
To reserve a watch, we require a deposit of at least 10% of the agreed purchase price. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the watch exclusively for the buyer and takes it off the market. The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price upon completion of the transaction.
