The first Octo Finissimo made its debut in 2014, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Bulgari's horology. In a remarkably short span of time, Bulgari transformed the Octo Finissimo from a single model into a large collection. Between 2014 and 2022, the line accumulated a whole lot of world-thinness records: tourbillon, minute repeater, automatic, chronograph, perpetual calendar. In 2022, the Octo Finissimo Ultra was revealed, boasting a total thickness of just 1.80 mm, the thinnest mechanical watch of its time. The case of the Octo, often in sandblasted titanium, features a striking octagonal architecture inspired by Roman design heritage. The movement is the caliber BVL 138, which is only 2.23mm thick.
